About Us
Castleberry Advisory Group exists because healthy churches change communities. We've spent decades in the work — and now we help other leaders do it better.
Our Mission
“We believe every church deserves to know where it truly stands — and have a trusted guide to help it move forward.”
MinistryHealthCheck isn't just a tool. It's the first step in a conversation between you and a team of consultants who have lived what you're navigating.
The Team
Co-Founder & Senior Consultant
Keith brings over 25 years of front-line ministry experience as a church planter and business owner. He has navigated the real challenges of growing a congregation, managing staff, handling crisis, and sustaining a healthy leadership culture through seasons of both growth and hardship.
With degrees in Crisis Counseling and Executive Leadership, Keith uniquely bridges pastoral care and organizational management. He doesn't just understand what a healthy church looks like in theory — he's built one, led one, and recovered one.
Keith is passionate about helping pastoral leaders see their church the way God sees it — with clarity, honesty, and deep hope for what it can become.
Co-Founder & Operations Strategist
Ethan brings a rare combination of theological depth and operational precision to church consulting. With degrees in Theology and Christian Ministry, he understands what the church is called to be — and with a background in entrepreneurship and church operations, he knows how to build the systems that get it there.
As an avid learner, Ethan is always studying the intersection of organizational health, leadership development, and missional effectiveness. He specializes in helping churches diagnose dysfunction in their systems — and replace it with clarity.
Ethan believes most churches aren't struggling because of a lack of heart — they're struggling because of a lack of structure. His work helps close that gap.
What We Believe
Waste in a church's systems isn't just an operational problem — it's a stewardship problem. Efficiency frees resources for mission.
A church can be busy without being effective. True health means every element — budget, staff, calendar — points at the same mission.
The health of a congregation rarely rises above the health of its leaders. We work on the leader before we work on the organization.
Start with the assessment or reach out directly — we'd love to hear where your church is.
