Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MinistryHealthCheck.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including session creators and assessment participants.

2. Description of Service

MinistryHealthCheck.com provides church health assessment tools and leadership health assessments. The Platform generates reports based on participant responses and provides frameworks for reflection and ministry improvement. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, clinical diagnosis, or pastoral oversight.

3. Purchases and Refunds

Church Assessment ($25): Payment is required before a session is created. Once your session code is issued and emailed, the purchase is considered complete. We do not offer refunds once the session code has been delivered, as the service has been rendered.

Leadership Health Check ($15): Payment is required to access the assessment. Because results are generated immediately and entirely within your browser, this purchase is non-refundable once access is granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your results, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use — helping ministry teams and leaders gain honest, constructive insight into their health.

You agree not to:

• Share session codes publicly in a way that invites fraudulent or irrelevant responses
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform's content or scoring methodology
• Use the Platform to harass, demean, or unfairly target individuals
• Submit false information with the intent to manipulate results

5. Accuracy and Limitations

Assessment results reflect the perceptions of participants at a single point in time. They are tools for conversation and reflection — not definitive judgments on a church, pastor, or leader. Castleberry Advisory Group makes no warranty that any specific outcome will result from acting on assessment findings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including the assessment questions, scoring methodology, domain framework, report design, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Castleberry Advisory Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet every user's specific needs. Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castleberry Advisory Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
