Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
MinistryHealthCheck.com is operated by Castleberry Advisory Group (Keith and Ethan Castleberry). We provide church health assessment tools and consulting services. Questions about this policy may be directed to ethan@valortovirtue.com.
2. Information We Collect
Church Assessment ($25): When you create a session, we collect your church name, your name, and your email address. Team members who complete the assessment provide only their name and role — no email is required from them.
Leadership Health Check ($15): We collect only your first name and optional role title for display purposes. Assessment answers are stored in your browser only and are never transmitted to our servers.
Contact form: We collect your name, email address, organization, and message when you submit a consultation inquiry.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your assessment session
- To email your session code and confirmation after purchase
- To notify session creators when a team member submits a response
- To respond to consultation inquiries
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
4. Assessment Data
Church assessment responses are stored in our database and tied to your session code. Only people with your session code can view the report. We do not analyze or share individual church data with any other churches or third parties.
Leadership Health Check answers are processed entirely in your browser. We do not store your individual answers on our servers. Once you close the results page, your specific answers are gone unless you save the PDF.
5. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use minimal cookies necessary for the application to function (such as session tokens). We do not use Google Analytics or similar behavioral tracking tools.
7. Data Retention
Session data is retained indefinitely to allow teams to return to their reports. If you would like your session data deleted, email us at ethan@valortovirtue.com with your session code and we will remove it within 7 business days.
8. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
